Leveraging Complementary Resources through Relational Capital to Improve Alliance Performance under an Uncertain Environment: A Moderated Mediation Analysis

Integrating the resource-based theory, relational view, and contingency this research advances strategic alliance literature by providing a theoretical framework that explains outcomes from both inter-organizational external environmental perspectives. Specifically, we analyzed effect of complementary resources on performance through mechanism capital in an uncertain environment. We also explored moderating roles dynamism hostility indirect relationship between resource complementarity with moderated mediation model.
